If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider before using breathing exercises as part of your routine. Do not use BoxPeach as a replacement for emergency services or professional medical care.
All content within BoxPeach, including the app design, mascot, name, and code, is owned by BoxPeach and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
BoxPeach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We may update BoxPeach or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
